Straight Tile-In Aluminium Profile for 8×16mm IP67 Neon Flex

Create a narrow, straight light recess in a tiled surface with this aluminium profile for 8×16mm IP67 Neon Flex. Its single perforated flange is concealed beneath the finish, while the deeper channel supports the compatible light along a rigid route.

The section is 32mm wide by 14.5mm high, each within a ±0.2mm tolerance. It has an 8mm nominal cavity, a 7.6mm clear mouth and an 11.4mm internal depth. Review the cross-section and sample the exact 24V or 48V Neon Flex before permanent fixing.

For straight runs only

Select a 1-metre or 2-metre profile. Plan joins, drainage, cable paths and future servicing before the tiled finish is installed. Do not curve the channel or treat the application illustration as evidence of a walk-over rating.

Only the aluminium profile is supplied. The light, diffuser, fixings and electrical components are separate, and IP67 applies only to compatible Neon Flex. Warranty: 7 years.
