Shipping Policy
We offer free economy 3 to 4 working day delivery on over 95% of our products, with no minimum order quantity. Free delivery applies to Mainland UK and these parcels are sent by Royal Mail 48-hour tracked. If you order before 1 pm, Monday to Friday, your order is despatched the same day unless otherwise stated. Items are not despatched at weekends.
Shipping policy
The exception — 1-metre rigid profiles
A small range of approximately 21 products — our 1-metre rigid aluminium and PVC profiles — carries a delivery charge. These items are too long for our standard free-shipping service: Royal Mail cannot accept a parcel longer than 45 cm, and a 1-metre profile far exceeds that limit.
Because of their length these profiles are shipped by DPD courier, not Evri. We moved this range to DPD after Evri's parcel loss rate and damage rate on long items became unacceptably high — DPD gives these orders the protection and tracking they need to arrive intact.
For these 1-metre profiles, delivery is charged at checkout:
- £6.95 — 1 to 2 working days (DPD), on orders under £90
- FREE next-day delivery when your order total is £90 or more
- Timed and Saturday upgrades are available at checkout
All other orders continue to qualify for our standard free Royal Mail 48-hour delivery.
Order cut-off time is 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Friday before 1pm are delivered on Monday. Next Day Delivery means the next working day, which does not include weekends or Bank Holidays. For Saturday delivery, choose Saturday Delivery at checkout. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm are dispatched the next working day, normally Monday, for delivery on Tuesday. We cannot dispatch orders on Bank Holidays, as no delivery service operates on those days. For large orders, please call us before ordering so we can confirm whether your order can be dispatched same day or next day.
We offer next-day delivery via DPD. If you place your order before 1300 then your order will be delivered Next Day. We also offer Saturday Delivery as well.
Order placed on Friday for next-day delivery will be delivered on Monday. If you want your parcels to be delivered on Saturday then please choose Saturday delivery.
We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Please make sure to put in the right address any parcels lost due to the wrong address would not be the responsibility of UK LED Lights LTD.

We now ship worldwide from the UK. All international orders will be sent by a trackable method with DPD, Royal Mail and ParcelForce. We delivery to most countries in Europe, Asia, Middle East, North & South America. Please see the checkout page for an accurate quote for your country.
Return Policy
We offer a 14 day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or a replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived (original/undamaged packaging and product) and within 15 days of receiving it. We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 14 days of receiving it.
Made-to-measure or custom items, such as our LED Strip Lights cannot be cancelled or returned (unless faulty), since they are being produced just for you. So please take extra care when ordering these items to ensure that your specifications are correct. Any order placed for our LED Strip Lights that is not ordered on a reel length (50-metres), is considered a special order and therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.

All our products are cut and prepared from a 50-meter roll. Only a few products come pre-made. For items available in variable lengths, we cut them from the 50-meter roll and customize them according to your specific requirements.
Certain items are excluded from the returns or refund policy. These include goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed to your requirements. Orders which involve different cutting lengths and order value of more than £50 don't qualify for any refund or return if there is no fault with the product. The reason for this is that these are classified as custom orders where different lengths of led strip lights and led neon flex are cut to your desired requirement of the customer. It takes a lot of time and effort to prepare these orders.
