Straight Tile-In Aluminium LED Profile for 15×15mm Neon Flex

Set a straight recessed lighting detail into a tiled surface with this rigid aluminium tile-in LED profile. Its perforated flange is intended to sit beneath the finish, leaving the open channel ready to support compatible 15×15mm Neon Flex.

Check the lighting fit first

The 15.4 ± 0.2mm opening and 15mm retention clearance are designed around 15×15mm IP67 Neon Flex, including compatible 24V and 48V products. Test the actual flex before applying the tiled finish. The profile is straight and rigid; use the separate bendable version where the design calls for curves.

Installation boundary

Prevent grout and adhesive entering the channel, and select suitable fixings, substrate preparation and sealing for the location. No walk-over load rating is given. IP67 and the 24V/48V values belong to the compatible Neon Flex; they do not make the profile or finished assembly IP67. The selected profile length is supplied alone, without Neon Flex, covers, fixings, driver or controls.
