Straight Tile-In Aluminium Profile for 10×20mm IP67 Neon Flex

Mount matching 10×20mm IP67 Neon Flex in a straight, recessed line through tiled walls or floors. The rigid aluminium channel includes an asymmetric perforated flange that sits beneath the surrounding finish, keeping the exposed opening aligned along the route.

It is available in 1-metre and 2-metre lengths and is intended for matching 24V or 48V Neon Flex. Because nominal product sizes can differ, test the actual light in the channel before the profile is fixed or tiled over.

Design the complete detail

This channel is not bendable. Plan straight sections, joints, cable access, sealing and drainage while the substrate is open. The product has no stated walk-over rating.

Profile only: no Neon Flex, diffuser, screws, driver or control gear is included. IP67 refers to the compatible Neon Flex rather than the aluminium or finished assembly. The source gives a 7-year profile warranty.
