Straight Tile-In Aluminium Profile for 10×10mm IP67 Neon Flex

Set a straight 10×10mm Neon Flex line neatly into a tiled wall, floor, step or landscape detail. This rigid aluminium channel uses one perforated flange beneath the finish, helping the recessed opening meet the surrounding surface cleanly.

Plan before the tiles go down

The profile is 34mm wide within a ±0.2mm tolerance. Its nominal 10mm cavity has a 9.5mm clear mouth and 9.9mm internal depth, so confirm the selected IP67 Neon Flex against the cross-section drawing and test a sample first. Matching 24V and 48V ranges are supported.

Choose a 1-metre or 2-metre length for straight sections. This profile is rigid even if the light itself can bend. Allow for joints, drainage and access, and do not assume a walk-over rating.

The listing supplies the aluminium profile only; Neon Flex, diffuser, fixings and electrical equipment are separate. IP67 does not apply to the bare channel. Warranty: 7 years.

Mainland UK rigid profiles exactly 2m are £19.85 per order by DX; rigid profiles longer than 2m are £34.65 per order by DX, including mixed baskets and orders over £90. To Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, rigid profiles 2m or longer are £39.85 per order. Established bendable-profile and flexible-cover exceptions remain on their applicable services. Made-to-measure products may require additional preparation time.
