Outdoor LED Strip Warm White 3000K 48V 8x16mm IP67 10cm Cut 40m

The 8x16mm IP67 neon flex can be cut every 10cm. It can do a 40 metre continuous run with one side power without any voltage drop.

The neon flex is fully silicone-injected inside the body. The injected silicone makes it more durable, more efficient, and gives a dotless smooth glow. The 8x16mm profile bends around corners and does 90-degree bends with a 1.5cm bending radius.

It is built to stay outside all year. The body handles sun, rain, and temperatures from -30°C to 50°C — fine in British winters, heavy rain, frost, and long damp spells. The warm white 3000k light looks smooth with no visible dots, so it works well on facades, garden borders, paths, signs, and wall details.

Every reel is cut to the exact length you order before it leaves the warehouse. No standard sizes. No leftover bits. Tell us how many metres you need and we will cut it ready to fit.

Install the neon flex where it will not sit under water. IP67 handles splashes, rain, and damp conditions, but it is not rated for permanent submersion in ponds, fountains, pools, or below ground level. If you cut it yourself, the IP67 seal is broken at the cut end unless you reseal it.

Want a closer cut spacing or shorter runs? The 24V 8x16mm neon flex with 1cm or 5cm cut comes in 15m and 20m.

For a tidy finish, fit it in our 8x16mm aluminium profiles. They protect the strip, help it stay cool, and give a clean look.

Comes with a 4-year guarantee. An electrician should fit it, following BS7671.

The lights are custom cut as per your specific requirements.
