RGB Neon Flex Light 220 – 240V 14W/m has a translucent High-quality Silicone cover that offers dotless light and performs better than the standard Strip lights with visible individual LED Chips. Because it’s so flexible, its installation is simple and requires clips to installed anywhere and to adapt it to all sorts of shapes in horizontal bending (3cm bending raidus). The Waterproof feature of the Light makes it ideal for Indoor and Outdoor* (Splashproof) use.

Silicone cover has a high-quality finish that offers a longer life than standard PVC covers. You can rest assured that the PVC cover will last longer and will not discolour. The lights are cut from a 50 metre roll and prepared as per your specific requirement.

Important Note:

RGB Neon Flex 220V 240V is not designed for making neon signs and logos, if you want to make a neon sign or logo please use the RGB Neon Flex 12V.

Please note that some of the colours shown in the pictures are visible only via the Bluetooth & WIFI phone app.

All our neon flex comes with a 1 year guarantee as standard on indoor installations and 6-month guarantee on outdoor installations. Its IP65 rating also makes it suitable for short term outdoor use and indoor use where light water exposure may occur. Please note: once cut, the IP65 rating can no longer be guaranteed.

For outdoor use heatshrink and silicone sealant must be applied on the end cap and the front connection to protect against water damage. Do not use the lights near a swimming pool, hot tub, bathroom, sauna and fish tank. Strictly prohibited to use underwater.

RGB Controller is non-waterproof and needs to be kept in a waterproof box or dry place.

RGB Neon Flex comes with an attached controller with UK plug to be plugged to a socket. Cutting the plug and hardwiring the lights would void the warranty. If you want to hardwire the lights then use the DC 12V 24V or 48V light.

Important Note:

This product is not suitable for recessed outdoor installations on the ground or any surface. For such applications, you need an IP68 neon flex, which is specifically designed for outdoor recessed use. Any amendments or Improper use of the product voids the warranty.

Delivery
We use DPD, Royal Mail and DX. Available services, costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your address. Mainland UK rigid profiles exactly 2m are £19.85 per order by DX; rigid profiles longer than 2m are £34.65 per order by DX, including mixed baskets and orders over £90. To Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, rigid profiles 2m or longer are £39.85 per order. Established bendable-profile and flexible-cover exceptions remain on their applicable services. Made-to-measure products may require additional preparation time.

Returns
Eligible unused standard products can be returned in line with our published policy. Products cut or prepared to your measurements cannot be cancelled or returned once preparation has started unless they are faulty.
