Natural White Neon Flex 4000K 48V 6x12mm IP67 Waterproof 10cm Cut 40m

The 6x12mm IP67 neon flex can be cut every 10cm. It can do a 40 metre continuous run with one side power without any voltage drop.

The neon flex is fully silicone-injected inside the body. The injected silicone makes it more durable, more efficient, and gives a dotless smooth glow. It is fully flexible and bends around corners.

It is built to stay outside all year. The body handles sun, rain, and temperatures from -30°C to 50°C — fine in British winters, heavy rain, frost, and long damp spells. The natural white 4000k light looks smooth with no visible dots, so it works well on facades, garden borders, paths, signs, and wall details.

Every reel is cut to the exact length you order before it leaves the warehouse. No standard sizes. No leftover bits. Tell us how many metres you need and we will cut it ready to fit.

Install the neon flex where it will not sit under water. IP67 handles splashes, rain, and damp conditions, but it is not rated for permanent submersion in ponds, fountains, pools, or below ground level. If you cut it yourself, the IP67 seal is broken at the cut end unless you reseal it.

For a tidy finish, fit it in our 6x12mm aluminium profiles. They protect the strip, help it stay cool, and give a clean look.

Comes with a 4-year guarantee. An electrician should fit it, following BS7671.

The lights are custom cut as per your specific requirements.

Minimum bending radius: 1.5cm. Bend in the horizontal / side-bend direction only. Keep the end connections straight and avoid twisting or kinking the neon flex.

Delivery
We use DPD, Royal Mail and DX. Available services, costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your address. Mainland UK rigid profiles exactly 2m are £19.85 per order by DX; rigid profiles longer than 2m are £34.65 per order by DX, including mixed baskets and orders over £90. To Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, rigid profiles 2m or longer are £39.85 per order. Established bendable-profile and flexible-cover exceptions remain on their applicable services. Made-to-measure products may require additional preparation time.

Returns
Eligible unused standard products can be returned in line with our published policy. Products cut or prepared to your measurements cannot be cancelled or returned once preparation has started unless they are faulty.
