MiBoxer SMZ2 Matter Thread 2-in-1 LED Controller 12V-24V

The MiBoxer SMZ2 adds Matter smart-home control and compatible 2.4GHz RF remote control to your 12V or 24V constant-voltage LED lighting. Its two selectable output modes support single-colour dimming and CCT tunable white, making it suitable for compatible LED strips in shelving, dry kitchen areas, bedrooms and media walls.

Choose the control mode for your lights

Use single-colour mode to adjust brightness, or CCT mode to control a compatible warm/cool-white strip. A compatible momentary push switch can also provide on/off and brightness control.

What do I need for smart-home control?

For Matter smart-home control, use a compatible Matter platform and a Thread border router. This is a Matter-over-Thread controller, not a Zigbee or direct Wi-Fi receiver. Compatible RF remotes are available separately; check the manufacturer instructions for supported models.

Power supply and installation

Use a suitable constant-voltage DC power supply matching the LED strip voltage. Maximum output is 12A total across all channels, with a 12A limit per channel. The controller does not convert voltage and must not be connected directly to 230V mains. Disconnect power before wiring, select the correct output mode and follow the polarity markings. IP20 protection is for dry indoor locations.
