Bendable Tile-In Aluminium Profile for 8×16mm IP67 Neon Flex

Use this segmented aluminium profile when an 8×16mm Neon Flex route needs to turn through a broad curve within a tiled surface. The asymmetric flange keys beneath the finish, while relief slots let the channel be shaped carefully along the design line.

The overall width is 32mm within a ±0.2mm tolerance. A nominal 8mm cavity narrows to a 7.6mm clear mouth, and the source records two depth references: 14.5mm from the wall top and 11.4mm below the retaining shoulders. Compare those measurements with the selected IP67 light before work begins.

Installation notes

Available in 1m and 2m lengths for matching 24V or 48V Neon Flex. Form the profile without kinking, plan drainage and joints, and keep the light within its own bending direction.

This is the aluminium profile only. Neon Flex, diffuser, fixings and electrical components are separate. IP67 does not apply to the bare profile. Warranty: 7 years.
