Bendable Tile-In Aluminium Profile for 6×12mm IP67 Neon Flex

For a slimmer curved line in a tiled detail, this bendable profile houses matching 6×12mm IP67 Neon Flex. The relief-cut flange can be eased around a planned shape, then recessed beneath the surrounding finish to leave the channel aligned with the surface.

The aluminium section measures 30.70mm wide by 13.20mm high, with a 6.70mm opening and 11.20mm internal depth. It is offered in 1-metre and 2-metre lengths and is intended for matching 24V or 48V Neon Flex. Always compare the drawing and test the exact light before permanent installation.

Plan the curve, joins, drainage and maintenance access while the substrate is still open. Shape the profile gently; its bendability does not override the flex’s own bending limits.

Profile only: lighting, fixings, diffuser and power components are excluded. The aluminium is not IP67 and no walk-over rating is stated. Warranty: 7 years.
