Bendable Tile-In Aluminium LED Profile for 15×15mm Neon Flex

Create a curved, recessed light line alongside a tiled finish with this bendable tile-in LED profile. Slots divide the aluminium flange into short sections so the channel can be shaped gradually around a planned curve before the finish is completed.

Neon Flex compatibility

The opening is designed for 15×15mm IP67 Neon Flex in the compatible bend direction, including the referenced 24V and 48V ranges. Dry-fit the exact flex first: the opening is 15.4 ± 0.2mm with 15mm retention clearance. IP67 and voltage describe the compatible lighting, not this bare aluminium profile or the completed installation.

Fitting notes

Form the profile progressively; do not kink it or force a tighter curve than the lighting can accept. Keep tile adhesive and grout out of the channel, and choose fixings, sealing and substrate preparation for the site. No walk-over load rating is stated. One selected profile is supplied; Neon Flex, power, controls, covers and other installation accessories are separate.
