Bendable Tile-In Aluminium Profile for 10×20mm IP67 Neon Flex

Build a curved recessed lighting line into tiled walls or floors with this bendable aluminium profile. Segmented relief slots allow the asymmetric flange to follow a planned sweep before it is covered by the finished surface, while the deeper channel is sized for matching 10×20mm IP67 Neon Flex.

The profile is available in 1-metre and 2-metre lengths and is compatible with matching 24V or 48V Neon Flex. Its overall section is 34.10mm wide by 19.80mm high, with a 10.10mm opening; use the dimension drawing and a sample fit before committing the tiled finish.

Shape the aluminium gradually and plan joins, drainage and future access in advance. This profile has no stated walk-over rating.

Profile only: Neon Flex, diffuser, fixings, power supply and controls are not included. IP67 refers to the compatible light, not the bare channel or completed installation. The profile carries a 7-year warranty.
