Bendable Tile-In Aluminium Profile for 10×10mm IP67 Neon Flex

Introduce a compact curved light detail beneath a tiled finish with this bendable profile for 10×10mm Neon Flex. The perforated side flange is divided by relief slots, allowing the aluminium to be formed gradually around a designed route before the surface is completed.

The profile is 34mm wide within a ±0.2mm tolerance. Its nominal cavity is 10mm, with a 9.5mm clear mouth and 9.9mm internal depth. Those tolerances matter, so compare the drawing with the chosen 24V or 48V IP67 Neon Flex and test a sample before installation.

Choose a 1-metre or 2-metre length. Avoid kinks, allow for drainage and accessible joints, and follow the bending limits of the light itself.

Profile only: no Neon Flex, diffuser, fixings, driver or controls are supplied. IP67 is the compatibility class of the matching light, not a rating for the aluminium. Warranty: 7 years.
