1-metre rigid profiles
Our 1-metre rigid aluminium and PVC profiles are too long for Royal Mail’s 45 cm parcel limit, so they ship by DPD courier (not Evri): £6.95 for 1 to 2 working days on orders under £90, or free next-day delivery when your order total is £90 or more.

Return Policy
We offer a 15 day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or a replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived (original/undamaged packaging and product) and within 15 days of receiving it. We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 14 days of receiving it.
All products available in variable lengths are cut and customized from 30-metre or 50-metre rolls according to your specific requirements. Only a limited number of items are pre-made.
Since our made-to-measure items, such as LED Strip Lights or Neon Flex Lights, are customized specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled or returned. Please ensure your order details are correct before placing it, as these items are considered special orders and are non-refundable once processed.
However, if you purchase a full 50-metre roll, you may return it for a full refund, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Certain items are excluded from our returns and refund policy, including goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed according to your requirements. Orders with different cutting lengths, or any order over £50 in value, are classified as custom and therefore do not qualify for a refund or return if there is no fault with the product. These orders require significant time and effort to prepare.
All the accessories such as power supplies, power adapters, controllers, drivers and profiles are returnable.
Please note that any amendments done to the lights voids the warranty on the product, this also includes taking the plug of the AC 220V 240V strip or neon light.
A restocking fee of 40% applies to all returned items, including DC low-voltage (12V, 24V and 48V) and AC mains-voltage (220V and 240V) products. The restocking fee is deducted from your refund where the return is eligible under our 15-day returns policy.

Description
CN635 is a deep 32.2 x 20mm aluminium floor channel that recesses LED neon flex into paving, decking, driveways and door thresholds so the opal cover finishes flush with the surface. The 26mm internal channel takes wide neon flex that shallower channels will not hold, and the natural silver anodised body holds the flex straight and protects it once set into the floor.

Where the water protection comes from
The channel is an open extrusion with a push-in cover, so as a housing it is IP20 and it is not sealed. In a floor installation the water protection comes from the IP67 or IP68 neon flex sealed inside it, while the aluminium provides mechanical protection and the flush finish. Specify flex rated for the site, and keep drivers and joints indoors or in a rated enclosure.
Loading and traffic
Set flush into paving, decking or concrete, the cover sits level with the finished surface and is walked over. We hold no published load rating or EN classification for this channel. If the run crosses a driveway or any surface that carries vehicles, confirm the substrate build-up and the loading with your installer before you specify it.
Installation notes
- Support it fully: bed the channel continuously in sand, mortar or a routed timber slot, not on spot fixings.
- Plan the cable exit: bring the tail out at the run end through a gland or conduit.
- Keep water moving: lay the surface so it drains away and water does not stand on the cover.

Delivery on this 2-metre profile is £19.85, on every order, at any order value. Free delivery never applies to 2-metre profiles.
2-metre profiles are a long, rigid, oversized parcel and travel on a dedicated long-goods service. If your basket contains a 2-metre profile alongside 1-metre profiles, LED neon flex or any other product, the £19.85 charge applies to the whole order however much you spend. Next-day and timed services are not available on 2-metre profiles. Need a shorter length? Our 1-metre profiles ship at £6.95, free over £90.
What goes inside it
The channel is the housing; the sealed strip or neon flex inside is what makes the run weatherproof. The 26mm internal channel takes either an IP67 COB strip or IP67/IP68 neon flex, so pick the light source for the run length and the exposure.
- Runs up to 20 metres: 24V IP67 COB strip at 480 LEDs/m, available as a single 20-metre run in 2700K, 3000K, 4000K and 6000K. One feed, no join, no visible voltage drop across the length.
- Runs up to 30 metres: 48V IP67 COB strip at 480 LEDs/m, as a single 30-metre run. At 48V the voltage drops at roughly half the rate of 24V over the same distance and wattage, which is what buys the extra length on one feed.
- Damp or splashed locations: IP67 neon flex — rated for temporary immersion, which covers patios, decking and garden runs.
- Standing water or full exposure: IP68 neon flex — rated for continuous submersion, for thresholds and driveways that pond in heavy rain.

IP65 is splash-resistant only and is not suitable for a floor recess that can hold water. Specify IP67 as the minimum here, and IP68 anywhere the channel may sit in standing water.
