We offer free standard UK delivery on over 95% of our products. Standard free-shipping parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is sent via DPD with full tracking details. Order cut-off is 1pm; the next working day excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. Timed and Saturday upgrades are available at checkout.

1-metre rigid profiles
Our 1-metre rigid aluminium and PVC profiles are too long for Royal Mail’s 45 cm parcel limit, so they ship by DPD courier (not Evri): £6.95 for 1 to 2 working days on orders under £90, or free next-day delivery when your order total is £90 or more.

Return Policy

We offer a 15 day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or a replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived (original/undamaged packaging and product) and within 15 days of receiving it. We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 14 days of receiving it.

All products available in variable lengths are cut and customized from 30-metre or 50-metre rolls according to your specific requirements. Only a limited number of items are pre-made.

Since our made-to-measure items, such as LED Strip Lights or Neon Flex Lights, are customized specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled or returned. Please ensure your order details are correct before placing it, as these items are considered special orders and are non-refundable once processed.

However, if you purchase a full 50-metre roll, you may return it for a full refund, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain items are excluded from our returns and refund policy, including goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed according to your requirements. Orders with different cutting lengths, or any order over £50 in value, are classified as custom and therefore do not qualify for a refund or return if there is no fault with the product. These orders require significant time and effort to prepare.

All the accessories such as power supplies, power adapters, controllers, drivers and profiles are returnable. 

Please note that any amendments done to the lights voids the warranty on the product, this also includes taking the plug of the AC 220V 240V strip or neon light.

A restocking fee of 40% applies to all returned items, including DC low-voltage (12V, 24V and 48V) and AC mains-voltage (220V and 240V) products. The restocking fee is deducted from your refund where the return is eligible under our 15-day returns policy.
