Shipping Policy

We offer FREE economy 3-4 day delivery on all orders with no minimum order quantity. The Free Delivery is only in Mainland UK. All paid orders are shipped via one of our Next Working Day or 48hr delivery services. If ordered before 1 pm, Monday - Friday, your order will be despatched the same day unless otherwise stated*. Items are not despatched on weekends. We know getting your items delivered safely and on time is critical. That’s why we’ve selected the best delivery services available.

We offer Next Day Delivery via DPD. If you place your order before 1300 then your order will be delivered Next Day. We also offer Saturday Delivery as well.

International Shipping

We now ship worldwide from the UK. All international orders will be sent by a trackable method with DPD, Royal Mail and ParcelForce. We delivery to most countries in Europe, Asia, Middle East, North & South America. Please see the checkout page for an accurate quote for your country.

Return Policy

We offer a 14 day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or a replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived (original/undamaged packaging and product) and within 15 days of receiving it. We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 14 days of receiving it.

Certain items are excluded from the returns or refund policy. These include goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed to your requirements. Orders which involve different cutting lengths and order value of more than £100 don't qualify for any refund or return if there is no fault with the product. The reason for this is because these are classified as custom orders where different lengths of led strip lights and led neon flex are cut to your desired requirement of the customer. It takes a lot of time and effort to prepare these orders. The lengths are cut from a 50 metre roll and prepared as per your desired lengths so custom orders wont be returned or exhanged.

Please note that any amendments done to the lights voids the warranty on the product.
